Covid-19 has affected the world in a way that many of us could not have imagined but as a Black Woman Owned and Operated company, we are committed to finding ways to continue offering products that showcase images of color, celebrate Black culture and speak in our voices. We are so grateful to everyone who has reached out with encouragement, provided support and continued to show love for our products and the Products4us.com Team.
After shutting down our operations briefly from March 15th to May 31st, we are happy to say that WE ARE BACK and our online store is fully operational for your shopping convenience. Please know that there are a few new modifications to staffing and processes as a result of our desire to keep our team healthy and Covid-19 restrictions. We've outlined the updates below.
- Shipping Timeframes - In an effort to remain physically distant in our work environments, we have reduced our in-house staff. Consequently, we are shipping 2 days per week now instead of daily until circumstances related to the current pandemic change. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for order fulfillment.
- Shipping Costs - As we make every effort to keep our staff employed and costs low, we are no longer able to provide free shipping on all orders. Free shipping is now available for orders of $75 or more that are less than $300.
- Customer Service - Our customer service and ecommerce teams are working from home whenever possible so the primary source of communication is email. If you need to contact us, please complete the short contact form and we will respond as soon as possible. Our goal for response times is the same day but no more than 2 business days.
- Option to Tip - Like many small businesses, Products4us.com has been greatly impacted by the shelter-in-place mandates in California, new operational requirements, and the changes in the economy. We've added a tip option during checkout to make supporting our team and operations through donations easy and simple if you are interested.🙏🏽
